Shipping & delivery

When will i receive my order?

We always strive to ship your order as soon as possible. If you place an order before 12:00 noon, your order will usually be shipped the same day, and therefore be delivered immediately the next day with our overnight delivery. However, our delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.

What does delivery cost?

At Humdakin, we offer free shipping when you buy for at least 80 €. However, the delivery costs depend on the type of delivery you choose and can therefore vary. The exact delivery costs will be shown in the payment and delivery process.

Which countries does Humdakin deliver to?

We offer delivery to most of the world through our website. You can check if we offer delivery to your exact address during the payment and delivery process.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

You will receive a direct link to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. The tracking link will be provided by the selected shipping company/courier. Returns & refunds

How can I return an order or specific items?

If you regret your purchase, the goods must be returned to:

Label the package: Returns Humdakin

In return, you must ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive it. So keep the postal receipt and tracking number. You must pay the cost of returning the goods when you cancel. When returning your Humdakin products, you must therefore order a return label and hand in the package yourself.

Please note that we do not accept packages that have not been delivered directly to our warehouse at the above address, this also covers freight companies such as DAO and DAO Home.
We therefore recommend using carriers such as GLS, Bring or UPS.

Important: We expect you to return the package/goods as soon as possible after you have notified us and you must return them within 90 days.

What is Humdakin's return policy?

When you shop online at www.humdakin.com, you have a 90-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret your purchase and then return the item(s) to us. Your right of return starts from the day you receive the goods. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product that comes in multiple batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last product. You may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the quality and characteristics of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should send an unequivocal statement by email within 90 days of receipt of the goods. You can read more about our return policy here.

How do I claim an order or specific item?

When can/should I claim an item/order?

We consider a claim to be valid if the product has significant defects and/or deficiencies that affect the product's function or efficiency. Please have your order number and other information about your order to help us serve and assist you as soon as possible.

Your order

Can I make changes to my order?

Humdakin cannot make changes to your order. If you wish to make changes, as long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and you can make a new order with the requested changes.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to webshop@humdakin.com or contact us by phone +45 70 70 75 70 during opening hours as soon as possible. Please note that it is only possible to cancel your order if our warehouse has not started processing it yet.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

You will receive a direct link to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. The tracking link will be provided by the chosen shipping company/courier.

My order has not been delivered and is on its way back to Humdakin

It could be due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. No one was at the delivery address during the delivery attempt.

2. The package was not picked up at a parcel shop/delivery point within the given time frame (usually 10 days).

3. The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete.

Please note that we can, however, resend your order. In this case, please contact us at webshop@humdakin.com or call us directly on +45 70 70 75 70. If you do not wish to receive your order, you will receive a refund within 10 working days after the package has arrived at our warehouse and our returns department has processed the order/goods.

I have received something I didn't order

If you have received goods that you have not ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email; info@humdakin.com, webshop@humdakin.com or call us directly on +45 70 70 75 70. Our customer service will help you find a solution and ensure that you can return the unwanted goods in question.

I haven't received everything I ordered

If your order has arrived incomplete and you are missing one or more of the items you have ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email; info@humdakin.com, webshop@humdakin.com or call us directly on +45 70 70 75 70. Our customer service will help you find a solution and ensure that you receive the missing items as soon as possible.

Does Humdakin offer to pay for customs duties?

Humdakin does not offer to pay for any customs costs and cannot help with tax-related questions. The prices on our website are inclusive of VAT according to the one-stop-shop tax rules and are also adjusted to the VAT rates of the taxing country.

I have paid for home delivery, but my package has ended up at a pickup point/post office/packing shop.

Unfortunately, as soon as the chosen courier has your package in their care, the carrier is fully responsible for your package. It may be that no one was home at the delivery address, that the package would be too exposed or that the delivery address is incomplete or imperfect. If you have any questions, please contact the shipping company directly.

How should I take care of my Humdakin products?

When you buy a product through our website, you can always read how to best care for and clean it. You can read this in the product description of the product in question.

How should I take care of my Humdakin textiles?

At Humdakin, we care about the environment and have a vision to create durable textiles that can be used for many years. To take the best possible care of your Humdakin textiles, we always encourage you to follow the care and washing label in/on the textile in question. How should I wash my Humdakin textiles?

You should always wash your Humdakin textiles according to the care label on/inside the product. Please note that products that have not been washed according to Humdakin's guidelines are not eligible for a warranty claim. How do I best care for my Humdakin interiors (terrazzo, sandstone, marble, etc.)?

Responsibility & sustainability

Where are Humdakin products produced?

Humdakin has production in several countries. We have the majority of our production in Europe, as well as India and China. We have high standards for the selection of all suppliers, and all suppliers sign our Code of Conduct. You can read it here.

Are products at risk of being recalled?

At Humdakin, we are naturally very committed to the quality of all our products, and we have adopted a very strict adherence to all rules for the production and manufacturing of cleaning products, textile products and decorative design/interior products. Sometimes mistakes happen, no matter how hard we try. If it should happen that our products do not meet our standards, we will react and act as quickly as possible and recall any products if necessary.

Can Humdakin cleaning products get too old?

Like all other hand care and cleaning products, our products also have an expiration date, which indicates that the product is best before that date. The date is marked on the bottom of the product. If your product has passed this date, don't worry. The product is still usable, however, it may affect the effectiveness of the product. As a rule, our products always have a shelf life of at least 2 years. The shelf life after opening the product is also indicated on the product. This is usually 6 months. If your product has been open longer than this, there is no need to worry. It may simply affect the scent and color of the product.
